This section provides information on how externally documented cases can be submitted for inclusion in the Compliance Checker to help strengthen collective due diligence and accountability efforts across commodity supply chains. Submitted cases that meet the information requirements and inclusion criteria will be incorporated into the Compliance Checker case study database. See the information below for details.
About case contributions
The Compliance Checker welcomes contributions of externally documented cases concerning deforestation, environmental harm, human rights, labour, governance, or other forms of risk and potential non-compliance.
To support transparency and comparability across the case studies integrated in the Compliance Checker, contributors are asked to provide key information relating to the location, actors involved, commodity, type of violation, time period, and supporting evidence. These information requirements help ensure that cases can be assessed, categorised, and presented in a consistent manner in the platform.
